New in SoCreate! Perfectly Match Final Draft With Our New & Improved Industry-Standard Formatting
While formatting variations exist among legacy screenwriting software outputs, SoCreate’s traditional screenplay export now has perfect parity with Final Draft, one of the most widely-used screenwriting software options currently on the market. Since we know writers’ scripts must look perfect to be taken seriously by the industry, we decided to ensure that our output can go head-to-head with the biggest of them.
Now, writers who write stories in SoCreate will have an identical output to those who write stories using Final Draft. And what’s better? SoCreate can export to a Final Draft file, and import Final Draft files, too! This way, you can work seamlessly on your own or with a writing partner between the two platforms.
Since day one, writers using SoCreate’s unique visual interface have benefitted from writing in an immersive environment, while still being able to see and export their stories as a perfectly formatted, industry-standard screenplay ready for Hollywood. Characters: A deceased historical figure of your choice (think Thomas Edison, Billy Holiday, Nicola Tesla, Queen Victoria, Genghis Khan)
Scene Description: A car horn honks multiple times as Your Character lies snoring in an all-pink bedroom in suburban Los Angeles in 2023. “HOOOOONK.” Your Character wakes up dazed and totally confused.
Prompt: Write a scene that describes how your historical character would interact with their surroundings in this suburban house in the present day and what happens when they finally roam outside to meet the person honking their horn in the driveway.
